Amanda joined our team in September to assist in updating the systems and tools we have in place for managing our job seekers and jobs including our dynamic CRM system, website and job board. She will also be managing the candidate process from registration through to placement to make sure we have the efficiencies in place for our candidates to have the best experience. With a background in marketing and project management, she is excited to implement new techniques and processes to continue to help Rural Directions grow.
Before joining the team at Rural Directions, Amanda worked as a Director of Marketing for Buxton, a customer analytics firm in Fort Worth, Texas. Joining the RD team is a good opportunity for her to use the skills that she developed previously and apply them in a different environment. She is up for the challenge of learning about the rural sector and how the recruitment process works.
Amanda grew up in Fort Worth, Texas and although she hasn’t ever been involved in the primary sector personally, she brought her cowgirl boots along with her and is looking forward to learning the ins and outs of the business.
