Recruitment & HR Support
After a few good years at Lincoln University I graduated in 2006. I then went on to do my OE and enjoyed a couple of years abroad. Settling back in NZ, I worked for Primary ITO (AgITO), became a mum to two girls and then went onto work for Steens Honey.
My family and I are now living in Kereru, Hawke’s Bay. I love working alongside rural people and it’s a real pleasure to be part of the Rural Directions team.
What Is Important To Me?
Work- life balance is important to me. Having two young girls and living rurally has really helped me understand the importance of that balance.
What Happens Out Of Work?
My husband, two young girls, netball and socialising with family & friends takes up a fair amount of my time.
We love a good adventure and exploring all NZ has to offer.
Some Of My Learnings
Being born and bred a ‘townie’ I have learnt the art of translating farming lingo to ‘townies’ which has been hugely beneficial in various roles I have held over the last 10 years.
