With more than 20 years’ experience recruiting across the primary sector, we recognised it was time to evolve our approach. While our manual salary banding has long been trusted, we saw an opportunity to invest in a more robust, real-time solution. The result is our newly launched Rural Direction Salary Survey made for primary sector people.

Built using intuitive technology, the Salary Survey captures accurate, real-time data to improve the validity and timeliness of industry insights. This allows us to provide clearer guidance to clients and greater transparency for job seekers, supporting better outcomes on both sides of the recruitment process.
